Scope of Work  Design : Visualization & Animation​​​​​​​

The main idea of ​​the project aims to achieve exceptional planning through which it is possible to integrate the three pillars of any urban community, which are residential, administrative and commercial, in harmony without unwanted interference between the various activities.

Green areas are considered one of the most important elements of urban planning for sustainable communities, so the presence of a green entertainment area in the heart of the project was taken into account, which is the main outlet for it, and it can also be used for gatherings on various occasions.

The location of the green open area was chosen in such a way that it mediates the project to act as a separation area between the administrative and commercial areas with their dynamic nature and the residential areas with a quiet nature.

The choice of means of transportation within the project relied on many factors, the most important of which is that it be environmentally friendly and dependent on clean energy sources. We find that choosing the monorail as one of the internal means of transportation has achieved the use of the minimum space while achieving the maximum benefit, without interfering with the current transportation systems or Pedestrian roads as well, with its production of the lowest exhaust emission, moreover, we considered this system less expensive to build than regular rails of the same capacity and speed, so the monorail serves as an integrated facility next to the existing subway station (Tora Al-Cement) and the river bus.

The selection of electric minibuses for internal transportation was an extension and expansion of the public bus and microbus services in Maadi Corniche to the local level within the site. Moreover, the electric buses work to achieve a clean environment with less vibration, less noise, with reduced maintenance and no exhaust emission, which works To achieve the idea of ​​​​environmental commitment and green architecture along with the use of bicycles, for which a special path has been allocated throughout the entire project.
